Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 7, 2026
This policy explains what CallsKept (operated by Shamrock Market Inc.) collects, why, and your choices. It covers business owners who use CallsKept (“customers”) and the people who call or text a CallsKept number (“callers”). For callers, the business you contacted controls your information and CallsKept processes it on their behalf.
What we collect
- Account information: name, business name, email, phone numbers, address, and a securely hashed password.
- Billing: handled by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
- Calls and texts: caller phone numbers, call times, text messages, voice call transcripts and summaries, short notes the AI keeps about a caller to help the business serve them, and appointment details.
- Business information you upload (for example a PDF) so the AI can answer questions.
- Technical data such as IP address and server logs, used for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
To run the service (texting back, answering, transferring, booking), to bill you, to send account and security emails, to prevent abuse and fraud, and to improve CallsKept. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising, and we do not share mobile numbers or text-message opt-in data with third parties for their marketing.
AI and your data
We do not use your data or your callers’ data to train AI models. AI providers process conversations only to generate replies and summaries for you, under our agreements with them.
Cookies and tracking
CallsKept does not use advertising or analytics cookies, tracking pixels or third-party trackers. The workspace keeps your login in your browser’s local storage so you stay signed in; it is not used for tracking. Because we don’t set non-essential cookies, there is nothing to accept or reject.
Service providers (subprocessors)
We use a small number of providers to operate CallsKept. The full list, what each one does and where it processes data is on our Subprocessors page.
Text messages
Callers can reply STOP to stop texts from a business’s CallsKept number, and HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
Retention
We keep account data while your account is open. If you cancel, we keep it for up to 12 months so you can restart, then delete it. If you delete your account, we delete it immediately (backups roll off within 30 days). Stripe keeps invoice records as required for tax purposes.
Your rights and choices
- Access / export: Account settings → Your data → Download my data.
- Deletion: Account settings → Delete account, or email privacy@callskept.com.
- Correction: edit your details in Account settings.
- Marketing emails: use the unsubscribe link in any product-news email; you’ll still get billing and security emails.
- Callers: ask the business you contacted, or email us and we’ll pass the request to them.
We respond to requests within 30 days.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, passwords are hashed, webhooks from our phone provider are signature-checked, and access is limited to what’s needed to run the service. CallsKept does not currently hold a SOC 2 or similar certification. No system is perfectly secure; report problems to security@callskept.com.
Children
CallsKept is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We’ll post updates here and email account owners about significant changes.
