It’s for anyone using a phone to connect with customers or clients: independent professionals, local businesses, small teams, and side projects. You can use your own name when signing up.
Can I keep my existing number?
Yes. Forward calls from your current line to your assigned CallsKept number. The setup page gives you instructions for your carrier. Available forwarding options depend on your carrier and line.
What’s the difference between text-back and AI answering?
Basic sends your written reply after a missed call. Pro adds a voice assistant that can answer questions from your business information, take messages, or transfer calls.
Can I look around before signing up?
Yes. Open the demo workspace to try the inbox, auto-replies, voice setup, and integrations. Demo changes stay in your browser session and send no real messages.
What happens after the trial?
The monthly plan you choose starts after your 7-day trial and renews automatically every month until you cancel. You can cancel online anytime in Plans & billing — cancel during the trial and you won’t be charged.
